Owners of Murphy's Creek Pork and The Fat Butcher Shop

Hancock's 6th Generation Family Farm is situated in the rolling plains of the Central Goldfields district. Home to Merino Sheep, Land race, Large White and Duroc pigs, Ferrets, Fox Terriers, Working sheep dogs, Jersey bull calves - Butt head and friends and more.... and when we first decided to Market our Pork, we called ourselves 'Murphy's Creek Pork'!

Wholesaling our Farm Fresh Pork to Local Butcher shops within Central and Northern Victoria in May 2016 as the Drought had ravaged our Farm. With the help from amazing Butchers and customers this helped us survive, and friendships grew!

In July 2019, we purchased a Butcher shop called 'Ingewood Aged Beef' in Inglewood Victoria only a 20 minute drive from our Farm!

NOTE: Did you know that Inglewood is only 7 kms from the Loddon River Bridgewater!

We now SUPPLY directly to our Butcher Shop with our 100% Grain Fed Vegetarian Murphy's Creek Pork and Grass/Grain Fed Merino Lamb and Inglewood Dry Aged Beef!

Our Beef is Aged 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks via request...Beef is sourced Locally as is our Chicken.

In store we have a large variety of Butcher Sausages- In house Australian Smallgoods such as Hams, Cabana...and much more.

Fat Packs are available- $25, $65 and our $115 'The Fat Bulk Pack'.

We Deliver into Bendigo CBD daily to our Wholesale customers...and residental ones!

Thursday is our Melbourne Delivery day..returning back to Woodend, Kyneton, Castlemaine, Harcourt and our Bendigo Wholesale customers.

Our Butchers can Customerize your Own Beef, Lamb and Pork cut and packed for you!

BUT we can also supply Whole Aged and Half Bodies of Beef, Lamb and Pork cut and packed...
